Hey, welcome to RizzPlug AI — your AI-powered dating sidekick. This Privacy Policy explains how Robot Mouse, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the RizzPlug AI app, website (rizzplug.ai), and related services (together, the “Service”).

1. What We Collect

We only collect what’s necessary to help you flirt smarter, not harder.

1.1 Info You Give Us Access:

  • Messages + prompts you input to generate AI responses
  • Support messages if you contact us

1.2 Info We Collect Automatically:

  • Device stuff: type, OS, app version, crash logs, basic diagnostics
  • Usage data: what features you tap, how often, session length

1.3 Info via 3rd Parties

  • OpenAI: powers chat responses from your prompts
  • Google AdMob: serves ads and collects anonymized device & ad interaction data

2. How We Use Your Info

We use your info to:

  • Power AI chat, pickup lines, and vibe‑matching suggestions
  • Improve the Service (aka squash bugs + enhance your Rizz game)
  • Communicate important updates or promotions
  • Serve you ads (if you’re on the free tier)

We don’t sell your personal info. Ever. Not even to shady marketers.

3. Who We Share It With

We only share data with trusted services that help us deliver the Rizz:

  • OpenAI: to process your text inputs & generate AI responses
  • Google AdMob: to serve relevant ads
  • Service providers: for storage, analytics, and email delivery
  • Law enforcement or legal authorities: only if legally required and subpoenaed. But hopefully not.

Your chats are private. We don’t read them. We don’t use them to train AI. And we never will.

4. Your Choices + Controls

You’re in control:

  • Update or correct your profile anytime
  • Delete your account (and your data) from the app settings
  • Turn off location access via device settings
  • Opt out of marketing emails — just tap “unsubscribe” in the email.
  • Limit ad tracking via your device’s privacy settings

5. How We Protect Your Data

We take your privacy seriously:

  • All personal info is encrypted
  • Access is limited to team members with a legit reason
  • We review logs + security protocols regularly
  • We don’t keep your data longer than needed

That said, no system is bulletproof. If there’s ever a breach, we’ll notify you ASAP and follow all laws about it.

6. Data Retention

We keep your info only as long as necessary to operate RizzPlug:

  • Delete your account = delete your data (unless we’re legally required to keep it)
  • Inactive accounts may be removed after a while, with notice

7. No Kids Allowed

RizzPlug AI is — made strictly for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we find out we have, we’ll delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy occasionally to keep up with new features, tech, or laws. If we make changes, we’ll give you a heads-up via email or in-app.
